Property Search By MLS ID Now Available (8/22/2007) |

A new search feature has been added to HomeFinderTampa.com. Visitors can now search by a specific or partial MLS ID number. The MLS ID search can be found on the left navigation menu of the site in the "MLS Search" box. On both the "For Sale" and "For Rent" tabs underneath the basic search menus is an MLS ID field. Enter the full or partial MLS ID number of the property you are searching for and click the MLS ID fields button. |

Property Pages Now With Multiple Photos (8/12/2007) |

The property pages of HomeFinderTampa.com now inlcude a photos section for each property. Properties that have more then one photo will now have a tab link on their property page which will open a photo gallery (with slideshow) allowing quick and easy viewing of the listings photos. The slideshow option of the gallery can be be started so that you can watch each photo without having to click on the thumbnaill images. To view multiple property photos use any one of the many HomeFinderTampa.com avenues for finding properties (browse by city, browse by communtiy, for sale search, for rent search, advanced search, etc.).
Please note that if you have a pop-up blocker you will need to allow HomeFinderTampa.com to use pop-ups in order to view property photos. |

Real Estate and Tampa Bay Area Articles (7/26/2007) |

The HomeFinderTampa.com Article Section is new but will become a great resource for learning all you need to know about buying and selling real estate and for learning all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer. We invite you join with us in writing real estate articles and articles relating to the Tampa Bay area. Dont be shy! Personal articles regarding your experiences in Tampa Bay such as writing about your vacation, favorite hotel, beach, restaurant, or Tampa sports team are very welcome.
There is no limit to the number of articles you may write. Articles can be rated by other visitors as well and can include a link back to your website where the original article resides (aiding in exposure to your personal website if you have one). |

Free My Home Finder Members Section Open (7/8/2007) |

The My Home Finder members section of HomeFinderTampa.com is a free and easy to use tool to aid you in your property search and experience on our website. Many features are now available including the ability to save basic and advanced searches, add properties you are interested in to your favorites, add city and community pages to your favorites, update your profile, and opt in or out of our monthly newsletter and monthly featured properties mailing. By saving your searches and adding properties, city and community pages to your favorites you can easily recall them at a later date.
Within the next couple months we will be releasing additional My Home Finder features including our monthly newsletter mailer, featured properties mailer, a property watch and alert option so that you can receive updates as soon as a propertys status or price changes and personalization settings. Please visit often as we are making enhancements and adding new features regularly. |

HomeFinderTampa.com Now Live (6/29/2007) |

The new official site of The O'Cuinneagain Group of Tampa Bay, HomeFinderTampa.com, is now live and online. The new site now includes the entire Mid Florida MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for the Tampa Bay area. HomeFinderTampa.com currently contains over 26,000 Tampa Bay area listings and our system is updated every two to three days for the convenience of our visitors.
Soon we will also be integrating the Suncoast MLS which should make available to our customers between 10,000 and 20,000 additional listings in the Tampa Bay area coastal cities.
